Training

As I am currently training for a sub 3 hour marathon my training has really upped its game.

I am now hitting at least 70 miles a week with 2 strength sessions, 3 spin sessions and a cool down in the pool which include breast stroke for 2 km and water sprints for 2 km.

I speed train twice a week, with one session focussing on pure speed and one speed and endurance.
