How does a running addict keep on track of their mileage and also ensure they’re improving?

Well, the answer is right above ^… STRAVA!

I put all my running workouts on Strava, whether it’s just a mile to a yoga class (I add this because I’ll be running this exact mile every week and this way I can see if I’m faster/slower/tired/happy/sad etc). Add as much as you can, that way you can track your progress, or if you’re not progressing, work out why!

Another great benefit of using Strava are the monthly challenges on offer. They range from running 10km within a 10 day time period to win a year’s supply of snack bars, running underwear, trips, etc. So what’s not to love?!
